Pasta Making

5/11 @ 2pm

Executive Chef Trey Williams and the Josephine Estelle crew are hosting their pasta-making and wine-tasting class on Saturday, May 11th.

Chef Trey demonstrates how to create and hand roll pasta dough then takes the result and serves it with one of our famous sauces. The party doesn't stop there, we'll have Jaime Szczepanski, GM and Wine Director, guiding participants through a wine tasting to cap a delicious meal.

Jazz Brunch

Sundays | 10am - 1pm

We think a good brunch should go something like a jazz quartet. Pancakes ground you like the walking bass, egg yolks coat your palate like the lush sounds of a grand piano, coffee adds some mid-morning rhythm, and the citrus brightens the mood like a sting from a horn. Josephine Estelle offers weekend brunch from 8am to 3pm with Or Shovaly creating a soundscape to make your morning that much better.

Natural Wine Dinner

6/11 | 7pm

Executive Chef Trey Williams, has crafted an exclusive 5-course menu inspired by Italian natural wine selections. Expect singular, energetic wines and much conviviality.
